WYK Associates - Webster County Hospital

This development concept provides for the construction of a new hospital on a very difficult site adjacent to the existing facility. It provides for construction of the new facility and phased demolition of the existing one. The existing hospital was originally built in the 1950's and has been added to on three occasions. It is too large and inefficient in serving the small rural market in Webster County. The concept is being used for presentations to regulatory agencies and potential funding sources.
