This 9,500 sq. ft. office building is the new home of the Clarksburg Housing
Authority. The building houses the corporate and program offices, as well as,
providing meeting and conference facilities for local and regional housing
programs. This building is one of the first new facilities to be built in the
historic Glen Elk section of Clarksburg, and it is hoped that it will serve
as
a catalyst for other new development. The building’s materials, massing and
details fit well within the historic context of the neighborhood and
compliment the historic railroad station across the street.
